Dispatch
Every order is hand-graded, sealed fresh, and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (next business day for orders placed late at night or on a Sunday/holiday).
Delivery time
Orders are delivered across India in 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. You'll get tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships, and can always check status under My Orders.
Shipping charges
- Free on orders of ₹499 or more.
- ₹60 flat fee on orders below ₹499.
Serviceable areas
We currently ship pan-India through our courier partners. If a pincode is undeliverable, we'll contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Damaged in transit
Dry fruits and jaggery travel well, but if a pack arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds page — we'll replace it or refund you.
