NutriBlend
The NutriBlend family at the harvest table

Our Story

The good part of the harvest.

We started because the label was lying

Most dry fruit sold in India is graded once — by the trader, for the trader — and never again. Shoppers were paying premium prices for almonds pressed dry of their own oil, cashews too small to ever turn sweet, and walnuts sold as "kernels" with none of the buttery grade that makes a walnut worth eating. Nobody was told the difference existed, so nobody knew to ask for it.

A walnut that actually tastes like one

The Chilean giri most people have never tasted — large, oily, naturally sweet — sits two grades above what fills most bazaar packets. We built NutriBlend around sourcing that grade specifically, then printing it on the pack, so the difference is something you can taste on day one, not take on faith.

Jaggery without the shortcut

We have seen "pure" gud in the market bleached bright and hard with chemical whiteners — additives with no place in food, let alone a sweetener. Ours is boiled the traditional way in small batches, which is why it looks duller, tastes deeper, and is exactly what it says it is.

Origins chosen by flavour

Walnuts from Chile for their buttery kernels. Almonds from California for crunch. Figs from Afghanistan. Makhana from Bihar, and organic jaggery slabs from Narmadapuram. Every origin is named on the pack, because provenance you can name is provenance you can trust.

Sealed the day it is packed

Dry fruits lose their character in open bins and slow warehouses. Each NutriBlend pack is graded by hand, packed and sealed within 24 hours, and every batch is lab-tested for pesticide residue, aflatoxin and microbial contamination under FSSAI license 11423110000436.

The rest of the story is in the first bite.
